Another entry for the 100 Themes challenge (in case you were curious, I'm almost 1/3 of the way done. Sweet deal!) This is#66, Traps. Pictured here is my girl Heather, sitting upon a chessboard...just 'cause. LOL. No, actually the reason is because of a conversation between Heather and Lucas, that, to paraphrase, goes a lil' something like this:

Lucas: You really think you have ANY control in this world, that any of us do? We aren't anything, just little pawn's on Fate's chessboard to be used and abused and then tossed away like f***ing garbage when we've outgrown our usefullness.
Heather: In the grand scheme of things, that's probably so, but you're forgetting one thing.
Lucas: Am I? Do enlighten me.
Heather: (smirks) I've got a chessboard all of my own, with every bastard in the human government sitting pretty upon it.
Lucas: (laughs) I suppose I should learn to stop underestimating you.
Heather: Might help.

Okay, so that wasn't really paraphrasing, but you get the point.
Sooo, back to the pic. Overall, I likes it. The pose and the dress are nice and so is the hair. But, the face kinda bugs me. It took me so manyt tries to get it like that and I'm still not happy w/ it. Ugh. But do drop a word for the poor soul....!
